Our apple processing plant sits in the heart of south, central Pennsylvania where we have access to both our own homegrown apples and growers of the best apples in the world. We specialize in providing high quality processed apples to industrial bakeries, food service companies, and pie filling manufacturers as well as a variety of specialty markets for niche opportunities.

Niche opportunities include those for our dried apple product, an item that healthy snack food trends have drafted immense growth in the last 2-3 years.  Dried apples are wholesaled or custom processed for orchards in the PA, MD, VA, DE and NJ region.
