Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 2.5 cup sliced & peeled fresh Flinchbaugh's Orchard Peaches OR 1 29 oz Flinchbaugh's Orchard canned peaches, drained and syrup reserved
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 3oz non-instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
  • ½ cup milk
Instructions
  1. ) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. ) Grease sides and bottom of a 10" deep dish pie pan.
  3. ) In a medium mixing bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and pudding mix.
  4. ) Mix in butter, egg and milk.
  5. ) Beat for 2 minutes.
  6. ) Pour mixture into pie pan. Arrange the slices on top of the pudding mixture.
  7. ) In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add ½ cup sugar and 3 tablespoons reserved peach syrup.
  8. ) Beat for 2 minutes.
  9. ) Spoon mixture over peaches to within 1 inch of pan edge.
  10. ) Mix together 1 Tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over top.
  11. ) Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  12. ) Chill before serving
