A yummy, quick and easy baked dessert!

  • 8 Flinchbaugh's fresh peaches, cut into quarters
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 12 oz. Moutain Dew
  • 2 pks Cresent rolls
  1. Separate crescent rolls into a 13x9" pan
  2. Using the large open end of the crescent roll, wrap a ¼ of a peach into each
  3. Arrange in roasting pan (not cookie sheet)
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl
  5. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top of the peaches
  6. Pour Mountain Dew over peach enchiladas
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Makes 32 enchiladas.
