Perfect Peach Custard Pie Dessert

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 (3oz) pkg cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 6 peaches, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp peach juice
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • cinnamon/sugar
Instructions
  1. Grease 10 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder and pudding mix.
  3. Add butter, egg and milk.
  4. Beat until creamy.
  5. Pour into pan.
  6. Arrange peach slices on top.
  7. Beat cream cheese until creamy
  8. Add sugar and peach juice and beat on high.
  9. Spoon over top of peaches.
  10. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  12. Cook well before cutting.
  13. Garnish with peach slices if desired,
