The Flinchbaugh family actively strives to support the Eastern York Community and its neighbors. Each year, we support various events with donations of fruits, gift cards, event tickets, and gift baskets. We make every effort to contribute to the great organizations and charities in our local community. We are happy that you have interest in including our family’s business as a part of your upcoming event! We will do our best to help make your event a success.
If you are interested in requesting a donation from Flinchbaugh’s Orchard, please email or mail a formal letter of request at least 30 days prior to the event for consideration. Please provide the following information in your letter:
- Name and description of your event
- Date of event
- Type of donation requested
- Potential number of attendees
- Specifics of whom the event will benefit
- Contact information for lead person of the organization and who will be picking up donation
- Any promotional benefits provided
Due to the ever-increasing number of donation requests we receive here at Flinchbaugh’s Orchard, it is impossible for us to fulfill every donation request we get (although we’d like to contribute to each and every one!). If we are able to contribute to your cause, someone from Flinchbaugh’s Orchard will contact you to work out the details of the donation.
