Butternut Squash Fries

Serves: 4-6
- 1 Butternut Squash
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Peel and seed squash
- Slice into quarters lengthwise, making them look like serving spoons
- Cut into french fry slices and toss onto greased pan
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
- Turn fries and bake for another 20 minutes or until crisp
- For extra crispy fries, broil for the final few minutes
