Asparagus and Salmon Casserole
- 12 oz. or 1 can salmon
- 1 c. asparagus
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- ½ c. skim evaporated milk & ½ c. water
- 2 oz. crumbled bread
- Chopped onions
- Layer salmon and asparagus
- Salt and pepper each layer
- Put crumbs on each layer
- Cover top with bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes
- Pour milk and water over top
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
