Strawberry Syllabub
- 1 c. heavy cream
- ½ c. confectioner's sugar
- 2 egg whites or powdered egg white equivalent
- 2 Tbsp. medium dry sherry
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries
- In a large bowl, combine cream and ¼ cup confectioner's sugar; whip until stiff
- In medium bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining ¼ cup sugar until stiff
- Fold the egg whites into the cream mixture. Add sherry. Pour over berries
