Perfect Peach Custard Pie Dessert

- ¾ cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 (3oz) pkg cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 6 peaches, sliced
- 3 Tbsp peach juice
- 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- cinnamon/sugar
- Grease 10 inch baking dish.
- Mix together flour, salt, baking powder and pudding mix.
- Add butter, egg and milk.
- Beat until creamy.
- Pour into pan.
- Arrange peach slices on top.
- Beat cream cheese until creamy
- Add sugar and peach juice and beat on high.
- Spoon over top of peaches.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cook well before cutting.
- Garnish with peach slices if desired,
