Peach Enchiladas
Recipe from: a great customer at Flinchbaugh's!
YUMMY!
8 - Flinchbaugh's fresh peaches, cut into 1/4's
1 cup sugar
2 T cinnamon
12 oz Moutain Dew
2 pks Cresent rolls
Seperate rolls into a 13x9" pan. Using the large open end of the cresent roll, wrap a 1/4 of a peach into each. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top of the peaches. Pour 12 oz of Mountain Dew over peach enchiladas and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes!
