Prepare 9' unbaked pastry shell using your own recipe Peel and slice peaches to make 2 cups. Combine 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp nutmeg Add peaches and toss lightly. Turn into pastry shell. Pour 1 cup heavy cream over top. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool well before serving. | |
