Baked Zucchini Recipe from:
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup of cooking oil 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 4 lbs. zucchini, sliced 1 lb. Mozzarella, sliced/shredded
Mix tomato paste with all ingredients except squash and cheese. Place a layer of squash in large greased casserole then cover with tomato mixture. Top with cheese. Repeat layers using all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
