Apple Cake
Recipe from: A valued Flinchbaugh's Orchard customer
4 cup diced apples
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup walnuts
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or for a 9X13 pan for 1 hour)
Cream Cheese Icing
8 oz cream cheese
3 Tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup 10X sugar
1/2 tsp salt
