Peach-Pineapple Jam Recipe from Phyllis Stauffer
3 cups of peaches (mashed) 1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice) 2 tbsp. lemon juice 5 cups sugar
1 box Sure Jell
Mix peaches, pineapple, lemon juice and Sure Jell together in a large kettle. Bring to a boil; add sugar. When this mixture comes to a full rolling boil, cook for 1 minute. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal. | |
