Peach-Pineapple Jam

Ingredients
  • 3 c. peaches (mashed)
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 box Sure Jell
Instructions
  1. Mix peaches, pineapple, lemon juice and Sure Jell together in a large kettle
  2. Bring to a boil; add sugar
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil, cook for 1 minute
  4. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal
