Ingredients
  • Prepared 9' unbaked pastry shell
  • ¾ c. sugar
  • ¼ c. flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Prepare pastry shell using your own recipe
  2. Combine sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg
  3. Add peaches and toss lightly
  4. Turn into pastry shell
  5. Pour heavy cream over top
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
  7. Cool well before serving
