Wondering what to do with that lovely Butternut Squash from Flinchbaugh's Orchard & Farm Market? These delicious and healthy fries are so easy to make!
Serves: 4-6
  • 1 Butternut Squash
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Peel and seed squash
  2. Slice into quarters lengthwise, making them look like serving spoons
  3. Cut into french fry slices and toss onto greased pan
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
  6. Turn fries and bake for another 20 minutes or until crisp
  7. For extra crispy fries, broil for the final few minutes
